Fuse Energy is seeking a Tax & Audit Manager to own the financial compliance backbone of a fast-scaling, multi-entity energy group across the UK, US and beyond. You’ll take end-to-end ownership of group tax, external audit, compliance financial reporting, insurance and the corporate admin that keeps new entities standing up cleanly across jurisdictions as we grow. You’ll shape the group structure, intercompany and financing arrangements that minimise tax and maximise value, while coordinating.
