What you'll do:
- Gather insights for campaigns: competitor research, category research, and current cultural trends.
- Brainstorm positioning and messaging with the head of content, art director, design, and relevant team members.
- Find and assess external agencies and freelancers, writing the creative briefs they work from.
- Run production logistics: locations, scheduling, kit, and booking talent and crew chosen by the art director.
- Own the shot list and asset plan before every shoot to maximise asset creation across ads, social, and campaigns.
- Work with social strategists and creators to plan necessary assets, ensuring social content, including behind-the-scenes footage, is filmed on set and campaigns are rolled out across platforms.
- Act as in-house executive producer for major films, commissioning and managing freelance crews (director, DOP, colourist, sound) while owning the budget.
- Keep every production moving to avoid stalls and delays.
Two key qualities are essential:
- Organisation: Manage logistics, schedules, and budgets effectively, ensuring smooth operations during shoots.
- Problem solving under pressure: Handle unexpected issues on shoots while maintaining the schedule and budget, protecting the creative vision.
We seek someone with strategic curiosity who conducts research proactively, engages in positioning discussions, has produced a variety of videos and campaigns, manages crews, vendors, and agencies well, and enjoys bringing ambitious projects to life. A minimum of 3 years' experience as a producer is expected.
What you'll get to build:
You will shape campaigns from initial insights to final files, managing everything from small shoots to major productions with renowned directors, colourists, and sound houses.
