A dynamic and challenging role as a Fitters Mate you will play an important role in the Installations Team of Multicare Medical of achieving our objective to deliver every installation on time, right first time. You will be responsible for assisting the Lead Installer in carrying out installations of ceiling track hoisting systems and other equipment working at various sites across a wide geographical area. Full training will be given for the role including in house training and manufacturer training. Responsibilities:
- Assist Lead Installer to carry out installations of ceiling hoists and other equipment to manufacturers specifications.
- Take more responsibility as experience increases.
- Learn various methods of installation.
- Learn and understand the products that are being installed.
- Work safely using appropriate PPE where required.
- Attend and pass training courses relating to the role.
- Keep tools and equipment in good condition and report any faults.
