Join our team as a Physician with Indigo. This is a Float Pool position for our Puget Sound Region Urgent Care Clinics.

Regions:

  • North Region: Marysville, Lake Stevens, Mill Creek, Shoreline, Bothell, Kirkland, Issaquah, Sammamish, Redmond, Bellevue
  • Central Region: Seattle, West Seattle, Tukwila, Burien, Kent, Federal Way, Covington, Maple Valley, Milton, Auburn, Bonney Lake, Orting
  • South Region: Olympia, Lacey, Tumwater, Puyallup, Tacoma, University Place, Gig Harbor, Poulsbo

Schedule and Compensation:

  • Full Time: 14 shifts/month with schedules created two months in advance, offering flexibility with weekend and holiday rotations.
  • Compensation: Earning potential of $350k+, aligned with Indigo's market-leading total rewards and compensation philosophy for Physicians.
  • Schedule: 8am-8pm

Position Summary:

Indigo Health seeks an experienced Physician for a float position supporting our urgent care clinics. Providers are passionate about modernizing medicine through simplicity, friendliness, and accessibility. The role involves working at the top of your license, with opportunities to lead and mentor, in a supportive, innovative environment.

The Opportunity:

  • Clinics are open 7 days a week, 8 AM to 8 PM.
  • Schedules are created 2 months in advance.
  • Location varies; same-day shift changes may occur.
  • Must be confident in suturing, splinting, minor procedures, x-ray reads, treating all ages, and practicing autonomously.

Requirements:

  • Board certified/eligible at employment start.
  • Active Washington license and in good standing.
  • DEA, NPI, prescriptive authority.
  • Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
  • Minimum 2 years clinical experience in UC, ED, or FM setting.
