Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development and coordination of MEP

(Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) models using Revit software.

Collaborate with project teams, including engineers, architects, and other stakeholders, to ensure accurate and efficient design integration.

Manage and maintain BIM standards, protocols, and best practices within the team.

Conduct clash detection and resolve design conflicts using Navisworks and other coordination tools.

Produce high-quality 2D and 3D technical drawings and documentation.

Mentor and guide junior team members, providing technical support and training as needed.

Attend project meetings and contribute to design reviews and problem-solving discussions.

Ensure all work complies with industry regulations, standards, and client requirements.

Essential Skills and Experience:
