We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Revit MEP Co-Ordinator / CAD Manager to join our team and help us continue our mission of delivering high-quality and efficient design solutions to our clients. If you are a dynamic individual with a strong background in Revit MEP coordination and CAD management, we want you to be a part of our team. Position might suit an experienced REVIT MEP technician looking for their first step into management.
Role and Responsibilities
- Lead the development and coordination of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) models using Revit software.
- Collaborate with project teams, including engineers, architects, and other stakeholders, to ensure accurate and efficient design integration.
- Manage and maintain drawing standards and best practices within the team.
- Conduct clash detection and resolve design conflicts using Navisworks and other coordination tools.
- Produce high-quality 2D and 3D technical drawings and documentation.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, providing technical support and training as needed.
- Attend project meetings and contribute to design reviews and problem-solving discussions.
- Ensure all work complies with industry standards, and client requirements.
Qualifications and Skills
- Extensive experience in MEP coordination using Revit, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Proficiency in Navisworks for clash detection and resolution.
- Strong technical knowledge of MEP systems and their integration within building structures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in managing project deadlines and delivering quality outputs under pressure.
