You'll lead the creative vision across the agency, inspiring a talented multidisciplinary team to produce the best work of their careers while ensuring every project delivers against our high standards of strategic thinking, creative excellence and commercial impact.

Working alongside our Executive Creative Director, Managing Director and Strategy Director, you'll balance bold creative ambition with the realities of running a successful independent agency.

You'll be equally comfortable defining the creative direction for complex brand transformation programmes, presenting confidently to clients, mentoring senior designers, solving delivery challenges and helping shape the future growth of the business.

What you'll be doing

You’ll

  • Lead the creative vision and quality of every project across the studio.
  • Inspire, mentor and develop a high‑performing team of designers and creative specialists.
  • Translate ambitious brand strategies into distinctive, beautifully crafted creative work.
  • Champion exceptional standards of creativity, craft and attention to detail across every client and internal project.
  • Build trusted relationships with clients, providing confident creative leadership throughout projects and presentations.
  • Work closely with strategy, project management and leadership to balance creative ambition with commercial objectives, timelines and budgets.
  • Help shape studio culture, recruitment, resourcing and the continued growth of the agency.
  • We're looking for someone who has
  • 12+ years' experience within a branding or creative agency environment.
  • Proven experience as a Creative Director, or an exceptional Associate Creative Director or Design Director ready to step into a Creative Director position.
  • An outstanding portfolio demonstrating distinctive brand identity and transformation work.
  • Experience leading multidisciplinary creative teams across brand identity, digital, motion and wider brand expression.
  • Strong experience working with technology brands and an understanding of the pace, complexity and opportunity within the sector.
  • Outstanding presentation, communication and client leadership skills.
  • A collaborative leadership style with a genuine passion for coaching, mentoring and developing creative talent.
  • The ability to balance bold creative thinking with commercial awareness and delivery excellence.
