We are recruiting for a Contract Manager on behalf of our client, a leading specialist provider of industrial services, environmental works, cleaning and waste management solutions. This is a key operational and commercial role responsible for the successful delivery, profitability and client management of industrial service contracts. The successful candidate will oversee contract performance, manage labour, plant and subcontractors, protect margins and ensure all works are delivered safely, efficiently and to the required compliance standards. The role would suit an experienced Contract Manager or Operations Manager from an industrial cleaning, waste management, tank cleaning, environmental services or specialist industrial services background.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the delivery of industrial service contracts across cleaning, waste management and environmental works
- Oversee contract performance, profitability and client satisfaction
- Manage labour, plant, equipment and subcontractor resources
- Monitor budgets, costs and contract margins
- Ensure all work is delivered safely and in line with HSE and compliance requirements
