About the role
- Working Hours – 37.5 hours per week
- 3-week rolling shift rota
- 06:00–14:00 / 14:00–22:00 / 22:00–06:00
- Pay Rate – £14.90 per hour
- Working within a busy manufacturing environment
- Operating fixed plant and assisting with the production process
- Basic plant maintenance and breakdown identification
- Materials handling and basic quality control
- General housekeeping and cleaning of plant/machinery
- Loading Shovel / Forklift operation when required
- Excellent long-term progression opportunities within the business

About You
- Mechanically minded and practical
- High work ethic & team player
- Punctual, reliable and safety conscious
- Comfortable working in a physically demanding industrial environment
- Able to work the full 3-week rotating shift pattern
- Able to work independently without constant supervision
- Manufacturing, waste, aggregates, concrete or similar industrial experience desirable
- Mobile Plant and/or Forklift Truck licence desirable
- Willing to undertake further training
- Must be willing to comply with drug and alcohol testing requirements
