Multi Trades Recruitment is looking for experienced Demolition Labourers to begin work for a well-established company at North Hertfordshire College, SG1.

About the role:

  • Working Hours – Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 5:00pm
  • Pay Rate –
    • CCDO Operatives – £150-£160 per day
    • CSCS Labourers – £130 per day
  • Start – 20/07/26

Brief Role Description:

We are looking for experienced Demolition Labourers to join a busy project carrying out strip-out works within a college environment. The successful candidates will be responsible for assisting with the internal strip out of rooms, removing materials, maintaining a safe and tidy working environment, and supporting the wider demolition team throughout the project. Candidates must have previous demolition experience and be confident working within a fast-paced construction environment. This is a great opportunity for experienced demolition operatives looking for a short-term project with an immediate start.

About You:

  • Previous demolition/strip-out experience required
  • Valid CSCS or CCDO card required
  • Experience working on commercial demolition projects preferred
  • Able to carry out manual labouring duties safely and efficiently
  • Good understanding of site health and safety procedures
  • Reliable, punctual and hardworking
  • Able to work well as part of a team
  • High work ethic & team player
