Multi Trades Recruitment are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Scaffolder to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling, maintaining, and dismantling scaffolding on a new build timber frame site.

About this job:

  • Monday - Friday
  • 07:30 - 15:30
  • Long term work
  • £120 - £150 Per day

Job Overview:

  • Erect, adapt, and dismantle scaffolding on a busy new build timber frame housing development.
  • Work to a programme of approximately one unit per week, including scaffold strikes and adaptations as required.
  • Carry out all scaffolding works safely and in line with CISRS and site health & safety regulations.
  • Inspect scaffolding components before use and maintain high standards of workmanship.
  • Work closely with the site supervisor and wider construction teams to ensure programme deadlines are met.
  • Respond efficiently to changing site requirements and client demands.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working area at all times.
  • Follow all company procedures and contribute to a positive site culture.

About You:

  • Hold a valid CISRS Part 1 or Part 2 Scaffolder Card.
  • Previous experience working on new build housing timber frame developments.
  • Good understanding of safe scaffolding practices and current health & safety legislation.
  • Reliable, punctual, and committed to producing high-quality work.
  • Able to work independently while also being an effective team player.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing workloads and site priorities.
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with site management and other trades.
  • Safety-conscious with excellent attention to detail.
  • Own transport is desirable due to site location.
