Multi Trades Recruitment is looking for an experienced Multi Trader / Maintenance Operative to begin work for a well-established company in the Essex / East London area.
About the role
- Working Hours - On site for 08:00, generally finishing around 15:30
- Pay Rate - £15.00 per hour CIS / Self-Employed
- Company van and fuel card provided
- Carrying out general maintenance within social housing properties, including changing taps, replacing elements and fittings, painting, mould washing and general multi-trade repairs
- Working across occupied and void properties
- Work mainly across Essex and East London, with occasional North London work
- Temp-to-perm opportunity
- Long-term work for the right candidate
- Start: ASAP

- You must be an experienced Multi Trader / Maintenance Operative
- Previous social housing or property maintenance experience preferred
- Must be confident carrying out a variety of basic repairs and maintenance works
- Full UK Driving Licence required
- CSCS preferred but not essential
