Multi Trades Recruitment is looking for a Multi-Skilled Engineer (Female Occupational Requirement) to begin work for a well-established company in the Wilmslow area.

About the role:

  • Working Hours – 40 hours per week
  • Salary – £28,000 per annum
  • Brief Role Description – Working as part of a mobile engineering team carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across multiple fitness club locations. This role involves supporting the maintenance and repair of facilities, including women-only gym environments and changing areas, ensuring all spaces remain safe, functional and operational.
  • Long-term work for the right candidate

About You:

  • High work ethic & team player
  • Punctual & reliable
  • You must be a time served/qualified Multi-Skilled Engineer
  • Engineering experience within a trade environment required
  • Strong communication skills and professional approach essential
  • Ability to work independently across multiple locations
  • Full UK driving licence preferred

Please note: Due to the nature of areas accessed during this role, including female-only facilities, this position has an occupational requirement for a female engineer in line with the Equality Act 2010.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance across club facilities
  • Attend reactive maintenance tasks as required
  • Support maintenance works within women-only gym spaces and changing facilities
  • Maintain safe, functional and high-standard environments for members
  • Work across multiple club locations as part of a mobile engineering team
  • Ensure all maintenance work is completed safely and efficiently
