Brief Role Description:
We are looking for an experienced Multi-Skilled Maintenance Operative / Engineer to carry out planned and reactive maintenance across private residential, prime and super-prime properties. This is a varied role requiring a professional individual capable of working independently while delivering high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service.
Duties will include:
- Carrying out planned and reactive property maintenance (PPM)
- General plumbing repairs including taps, toilets, leaks, blockages and silicone replacement
- Minor carpentry including doors, locks, shelving, ironmongery and repairs
- Painting, decorating, patch plastering and making good
- Basic electrical maintenance including replacing light fittings, switches and sockets
