Multi Trades Recruitment is looking for a qualified Electrician to begin work for a well-established company in the Harlow area.
About the Role
- Start: ASAP
- Hours: 8:00am – 4:00pm
- Duration: Approx. 3 months ongoing work
- Pay Rate: £31.25 per hour (£250 per day)
- Long-term work available for the right candidate
Duties
- Working on large commercial warehouse units
- High-level containment installation (baskets, trunking, conduits, etc.)
- Installation of lighting systems
- Working on distribution boards (DBs)
- Install distribution boards and electrical panels
- Wire single-phase and three-phase systems
- Fit breakers, RCDs, RCBOs, and switchgear
- Read and follow electrical drawings
- Fault-find and repair panel issues
- Carry out testing and inspection (EICR)
- Ensure all work complies with BS 7671 regulations
- Upgrade or modify existing distribution boards
- Add new circuits where required
- Follow all health & safety procedures on site
Requirements
- ECS Gold card
- IPAF
- Full 5-point PPE
- Time-served / qualified electrician
- Strong work ethic and ability to work within a team
- Punctual and reliable
