We are currently looking for an experienced Multi-Trade Plasterer for social housing property maintenance works across various occupied and void properties in the New Forest area. The role will mainly involve plasterboarding and plastering works, with some basic multi-trade duties and assisting other trades where required.
Duties include:
- Plasterboarding and plastering repairs
- General property maintenance works
- Working within occupied and void social housing properties
- Assisting with basic multi-trade tasks when needed
- Travelling between various addresses in the New Forest area
Requirements:
- Previous plastering and property maintenance experience
- Some multi-trade experience preferred
- Own tools and transport beneficial
- Reliable and able to work independently
