We are currently recruiting for 6 Groundworks Labourers to join a busy groundworks and surfacing contractor working across multiple new build housing developments in the Cheshire area. This is an excellent opportunity for reliable and hardworking labourers looking for long-term work, steady hours, and the opportunity to progress within a growing team.

The Role

  • Assisting experienced Kerbers with daily site activities
  • Moving and preparing materials for installation
  • General labouring duties on new build developments
  • Keeping work areas clean, organised, and safe
  • Supporting groundworkers and site operatives as required
  • Following site health and safety procedures at all times

Requirements

  • Valid CSCS Card
  • Previous construction site experience
  • Experience assisting Groundworkers, Kerbers, or working on new build housing sites preferred
  • Good attitude and willingness to learn
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Full UK Driving Licence preferred but not essential
