The predicted salary is between 20 - 20 £ per hour.

Our client are one of the UK’s leading sports facility contractors, specialising in the design, construction and maintenance of synthetic sports pitches, tennis courts, MUGAs and Padel courts. We are currently seeking experienced Groundworkers / Civils Operatives to join our expanding team working on high-profile sports construction projects across Scotland and the UK.

Working hours:

  • 40-hour standard working week
  • Monday to Friday
  • 08:00 – 17:00 (typical site hours)
  • Overtime available

About the role:

You will be working on the delivery of high-quality sports facilities including pitches, courts and multi-use games areas. Typical duties include:

  • General earthworks, excavation and drainage
  • Sub-base and foundation construction
  • Fencing and associated civils works
  • Working with asphalt and surfacing systems
  • Setting out and managing your own work on site
  • Operating plant machinery
  • Supporting delivery of materials and site coordination

What we are looking for:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in groundworks/civils
  • Full UK driving licence
  • CSCS card
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
