Multi Trades Recruitment is looking for an experienced Maintenance Electrician to begin work for a well-established company in the Essex / East London area.
About the role:
- Working Hours - On site for 08:00, generally finishing around 15:30
- Pay Rate - £22.00 per hour CIS / Self-Employed
- Permanent Salary - £45,000 PAYE
- Brief Role Description - Carrying out electrical maintenance within social housing properties, ranging from full rewires through to reactive repairs, void works, kitchen works and general day-to-day electrical maintenance
- Company van and fuel card provided
- Testing & Inspection experience preferred but not essential
- Work mainly across Essex and East London, with occasional North London work
- Temp-to-perm opportunity
- Long-term work for the right candidate
- Start: ASAP
About You:
- High work ethic & team player
- Punctual & reliable
- You must be a time-served / qualified Electrician
- Previous domestic or social housing maintenance experience preferred
- Testing & Inspection qualification desirable but not essential
- Full UK Driving Licence required
- CSCS / ECS preferred but not essential
