Job Advert: Home to School Minibus Driver We are seeking experienced and caring Home to School Minibus Drivers to join our team in Manchester on behalf of our client. Position Details: * Job Title: Home to School Minibus Driver * Location: Failsworth, Manchester (Depot: Dob Lane Chapel, 3 Oldham Road, M35 0BR) * Pay Rate: £13.00 per hour * Hours: Split shifts * Morning: 6:30–9:30 * Afternoon: 14:30–17:30 * Employment Type: Full-time, Part-time, or Permanent Responsibilities: * Transporting special needs children to and from school safely. * Assisting passengers in boarding and leaving the vehicle according to their individual needs. * Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to GDPR/data protection regulations. * Performing daily vehicle and equipment checks via an electronic recording system. * Collaborating with passenger assistants and management to ensure seamless service delivery. * Participating in training and assessments to maintain a high standard of service. Requirements: * Valid D1 Licence (unrestricted) and CPC card. * Enhanced DBS check (required). * Minimum of 3 years of UK driving experience (preferred). * Based in the Manchester area and able to commute to Failsworth depot. * Punctuality, reliability, and the ability to work flexibly. * Strong communication and teamwork skills. * Empathy, respect, and a caring attitude toward passengers.
