Multi Trades Recruitment is looking for Caretakers to begin work for a well-established company in the Bournemouth area.
About the role:
- Working Hours - 52 Hours a week
- Pay Rate - £30,519 - £33,699 per annum
- Carrying out routine and preventative maintenance, including general repairs, plumbing, carpentry, site security, waste disposal, outdoor maintenance, setting up rooms for exams/events, and supporting health & safety compliance.
- Long-term work for the right candidate

About You:
- High work ethic & team player
- Punctual & reliable
- Physically robust, honest and flexible
- You must have experience in maintenance repairs and the use of hand tools
- Driving Licence essential
- Knowledge of plumbing/electrical works desirable
- GCSE Level 2 Maths and English desirable
- Enhanced DBS
