We are currently recruiting for 2 experienced Cabinet Makers / Bench Joiners to join a busy and well-established bespoke furniture workshop based in Wiltshire. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Cabinet Maker, Bench Joiner, Furniture Maker, Joiner, or Wood Machinist looking for stable full-time work, overtime opportunities, and a long-term permanent opportunity.

You will be manufacturing high-quality bespoke furniture and cabinetry for luxury residential projects, working in a well-equipped workshop alongside an experienced team.

Benefits

  • £30,000 - £34,000 per year depending on experience

  • Monday to Friday only
  • 37.5 hours per week
  • 21 days holiday plus bank holidays
  • Christmas shutdown (5 days holiday reserved)

Working Hours

Monday to Friday 8:30am – 4:40pm

Key Responsibilities

  • Manufacture bespoke furniture, cabinetry, and joinery products
  • Read and work from technical and production drawings
  • Operate and set up woodworking machinery including:
  • Routers
  • A variety of saws: chop, panel, rip, plunge
  • Spindle moulders
  • Planers/thicknessers
  • Mortise & tenon machines
  • Create cutting lists and methodical work procedures
  • Support installation/site work in residential properties when required
  • Requirements

    • Previous experience as a Cabinet Maker, Bench Joiner, Furniture Maker, Joiner, or Wood Machinist
    • Experience using woodworking machinery
    • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
    • High attention to detail
    • Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated

    Desirable

    • Experience producing high-end bespoke furniture
    • Experience setting up large woodworking machinery
