Labour Hire are looking for a Business Development Manager to begin work for a well-established company in Aylesbury.

About the role:

  • Working Hours – Full-time, Permanent - 40 hours per week (Travel will be required on an as needed basis.)
  • Salary - £35,000-£40,000 commission
  • You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and developing strategic partnerships.
  • You will also be involved in creating and implementing sales strategies, conducting market research.

Requirements:

  • High work ethic & team player
  • Punctual & reliable
  • Hold a valid UK Driver's License
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of the security industry and security services (CCTV, Access Control and Alarm Systems)
  • Experience with CRM software and sales tools
  • Working knowledge of B2B platforms and similar tender tools.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field is advantageous, but not essential.
