We are looking for an experienced Handyman / Plasterer to carry out building repairs and maintenance at a charity facility in Harborne.
The successful candidate must have a minimum NVQ Level 2 in Plastering and be confident completing a variety of multi-trade tasks to a high standard.
Duties will include
- Plastering repairs and finishing works
- General building repairs, maintenance and making good
- Carpentry, decorating and other multi-trade tasks
- Responding to maintenance requests and completing repairs
- Working safely and independently while maintaining a tidy site
