Multi Trades Recruitment is looking for Groundworkers to begin work for a well-established company working on a major project in Orkney. Candidates can be based in Aberdeen.

About the role

Working Hours - 12 days on / 2 days off OR 11 days on / 3 days off, 7:30am – 6:00pm Pay Rate - £21.00 per hour Brief Role Description –

We are looking for experienced Groundworkers to join a long-term substation project in Orkney.

The successful candidates will be working on platform construction, drainage and ducting works as part of a busy groundworks team.

Duties will include

  • Drainage works for road gullies
  • Installing 4–5km of ducting
  • Ground preparation and general groundworks duties
  • Working alongside other site operatives to complete works safely
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
  • Long-term work until the end of the year
  • Start: ASAP

About You

  • High work ethic & team player
  • Punctual & reliable
  • Previous groundworks experience required
  • Experience with drainage and ducting preferred
  • CSCS required
  • Able to work away on a rotational basis
  • Must be able to pass a drug and alcohol test
