Labour Hire are looking for a WORKSHOP SUPERVISOR (MOT QUALIFIED) for a well-established garage in WOOLPIT.
About You:
- Qualified MOT Tester (Class 4 minimum)
- Previous workshop supervisory or senior technician experience
- Strong mechanical knowledge and diagnostic skills
- Able to lead and motivate a team in a busy workshop
- Organised, reliable, and professional
- Full UK Driving Licence
About the Role:
- Salary: £35,000 - £42,000 (DOE)
- Hours: Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 17:30
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the workshop
- Carry out MOT testing and assist with vehicle servicing and repairs
- Support and supervise technicians to maintain high standards of workmanship
- Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and in line with DVSA regulations
- Liaise with customers where required and help maintain excellent service levels
- Start date: ASAP
