Senior Technician - Fire & Water Damage

• Attend fire or water-damaged properties to assess the damage and develop a detailed scope of works for mitigation and restoration.

• Communicate effectively with distressed policyholders or property owners, explaining the restoration process and managing their expectations.

• Install drying programs and operate specialized equipment to facilitate the restoration process.

• Lead and manage junior staff, ensuring successful project completion.

• Conduct emergency works, such as pumping out water and flood cleanup.

• Perform risk assessments and complete all required Health and Safety documentation.

• Draft complex reports and schedules of works, ensuring thoroughness and accuracy.

We are looking for a dedicated Senior Technician specializing in fire and water damage restoration. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing damaged properties, implementing mitigation strategies, and leading restoration projects from start to finish. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to manage client expectations in challenging situations., BDMA/IICRC WRT/ASD Certification is preferable but not essential., Strong communication and interpersonal skills to handle upset clients with empathy and professionalism.
