Multi Trades Recruitment is looking for an Operational Support Administrator to begin work for a well-established company in the Worthing area.
About the role:
- Monday to Friday
- 08:00 - 18:00
- £15.00 per hour PAYE
- Office-based operational support role updating access control systems and producing new access cards.
- Responsible for updating approximately 10,000 existing card users, producing around 2,000 new access cards, creating and maintaining spreadsheets, and ensuring all access records are accurate and up to date.
- Immediate start
- End: Friday 30th October 2026
About You:
- High work ethic & team player
- Punctual & reliable
- Good understanding of IT systems
- Confident using Microsoft Excel and spreadsheets
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to manage large volumes of data efficiently
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Previous office administration or operational support experience is advantageous
