Multi Trades Recruitment are looking for 1 experienced Commercial Plumber to work on a 10-week project for a client in Birmingham.

- Hours: 7:00am - 4:00pm (Mon-Thurs), 7:00am - 13:30 (Friday)
- Duration: 10 weeks
- Rate: £25 per hour
- Payment: CIS

The Project
You will be working on the full refurbishment of a 60-bedroom building in Birmingham.
Duties
- First-fix installation of copper crimp pipework, ranging from 15mm to 35mm.
- Installation of 32mm and 40mm waste pipework.
- Second-fix installation of sanitaryware at a later stage of the project.
- Working safely and efficiently as part of the site team.
- Following site health and safety procedures at all times.
Requirements
- Strong commercial plumbing experience.
- Valid CSCS card.
- Asbestos Awareness training.
- Manual Handling training.
- Working at Heights training.
- Ability to work independently and maintain a high standard of workmanship.
