Hours: Anything between the hours of 06:00 - 18:00 (Must be flexible)
Pay Rate: Β£13.50 per hour for the first 39 hours, with overtime paid at time and a third

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced HGV Driver / HIAB Operator to join our team, delivering cabins, containers, and other modular units to customers across the region. The role will involve safely transporting and delivering goods to various customer locations, as well as operating a vehicle-mounted crane (HIAB) to offload equipment on site. Due to the varied nature of the customer base, the successful candidate will need to have a positive attitude, excellent customer service skills, and a professional approach. You will be representing the company when visiting customer sites, so good communication and a friendly, helpful manner are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Driving HGV vehicles to deliver cabins, containers, and modular units.
- Operating a HIAB/vehicle-mounted crane to safely load and offload equipment.
- Ensuring all deliveries are completed safely and efficiently.
- Carrying out vehicle and equipment checks before and after journeys.
- Securing loads correctly and ensuring compliance with relevant transport regulations.
- Liaising professionally with customers at delivery locations.
- Providing a high standard of customer service.
- Completing relevant delivery paperwork and documentation.
- Working flexibly to meet customer and business requirements.
- Maintaining a clean and professional appearance when representing the company.
Requirements:
- Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) Licence.
- Valid Driver CPC.
- Previous HIAB experience is essential.
- Experience delivering cabins, containers, or similar equipment is advantageous.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude.
- Ability to work independently and manage deliveries efficiently.
