Experienced HGV Class 1 Car Transporter Driver for a well-established nationwide automotive logistics company in the Queenborough/Sheerness area.

About the role:

  • Full-time, permanent roaming/tramping role, with typical start times between 4:00am and 6:00am
  • Pay Rate: £55,000 - £65,000 per year
  • Operating large 11-plus vehicle car transporters
  • Collecting and delivering vehicles nationwide
  • Loading, checking, securing and unloading cars and vans
  • Delivering to dealerships, auctions and other business locations
  • Paid in-house Driver CPC training, free PPE and ongoing support
  • Pension, annual leave, meal allowance and achievable bonuses
  • Permanent, long-term employment
  • Start: ASAP

About You:

  • Minimum one year of car-transporter driving experience
  • Full UK HGV Category C+E/Class 1 licence
  • Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
  • No more than six licence points
  • Comfortable with roaming, tramping and sleeping in the truck
  • Professional and confident with customers
  • High work ethic and team player
  • Punctual and reliable
