What will you be doing?
You'll be putting your welding skills to work, helping produce high-quality components and assemblies. MIG welding a range of metal components and assemblies.
Reading and working from engineering drawings and specifications.
Producing accurate, consistent welds to the required standards.
Inspecting finished work and identifying any defects.
Preparing materials and components ready for welding.
Using equipment safely and following Health & Safety procedures.
Keeping your workspace clean, tidy and organised.
Working with the team to meet production targets and deadlines.
What we're looking for
MIG welding experience is essential for this role. You'll also need to be: Experienced and confident in MIG welding.
Comfortable working in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
Able to produce high-quality welds with good attention to detail.
Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
Happy working independently and as part of a team.
Proud of the quality of your work.
