Multitask Recruitment Solutions are looking for a Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join our clients expanding team based in the scenic area of Kirkham. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and skilled forklift operator to secure a role within a fast-paced production environment, with the potential for a permanent position.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently operating a counterbalance forklift truck
- Loading and unloading deliveries
- Moving materials and stock around the site
- Supporting the production team with general operational duties
- Carrying out heavy lifting and manual handling where required
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work environment
Candidate Requirements:
- A valid and in-date Counterbalance FLT licence
- Previous experience operating a counterbalance forklift in a production or warehouse environment
- Strong attention to detail and a positive work ethic
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to work overtime when required
- Own transport is desirable due to the rural location of the site
Working Hours: Monday to Friday shift pattern. 8am-4pm. Overtime available subject to business requirements.
