The company is growing its Asset Management and Asset Intelligence capability and is looking to recruit an Asset Management Consultant. The business works with infrastructure owners and public-sector clients to deliver practical, data-led asset management services, helping them make better decisions about how assets are planned, maintained and invested in over the long term.

The Position
As part of the Asset Management team, you will deliver services including:

  • Working with asset data, systems and condition information to support decision-making
  • Asset management and asset intelligence services with real client impact

The Candidate
As a potentially suitable candidate, you will ideally have at least a couple of years' experience in Asset Management using digital tools and data analysis skills. Exposure to asset management principles relating to highways and infrastructure projects will be of particular interest, as will asset management qualifications or membership of the IAM. In addition, you should have a practical, problem-solving mindset, strong communication and collaboration skills, and a willingness to embrace new technologies, automation and AI where appropriate.

Please note that the business is not looking to provide sponsorship to overseas candidates for this role. Please also note that the role has nothing to do with investment banking and experience in that sector alone will not be sufficient to be considered further.
