Responsibilities
- Inspect labels for defects with precision
- Set up and operate multiple slitter units
- Slice rolls using scissors, tape, or splicing tables per specs
- Run jobs through slitting and rewinding processes
- Pack finished jobs with proper documentation (COC, packing list, labels)
- Maintain rewinder per PM schedule
- Set up and monitor 100% visual inspection systems
- Follow all SOPs and quality standards
Qualifications
- Experience in bottling or higher process manufacturing
- Strong attention to detail and colour perception
- Solid problem‑solving skills under pressure
- Team player with a safety‑first mindset
- Comfortable following procedures and manuals
- Basic computer skills
