We’re looking for a driven and creative Assistant Marketing Manager to join our team at an exciting stage of growth. Working closely with our Head of Marketing, you’ll play a key role in shaping our brand, delivering impactful campaigns, and bringing fresh ideas to life across multiple channels. You’ll be joining us at a pivotal time in our growth journey, having just expanded our head office premises, won two awards so far this year, and with several exciting product launches in the pipeline.
The right candidate will be a creative individual with a keen eye for detail and a strong interest in marketing. An individual who isn’t afraid to try new things and bring fresh ideas to the table. Role will include but is not limited to:
- Support the Marketing & Growth team with successful campaign delivery across divisions, including creating assets and key messaging.
- Support the Head of Marketing with ensuring effective branding across the business, including online assets and physical assets such as vehicles, signage and workwear.
- Coordinate promotional events, exhibitions, and trade shows including booking, organising and attending events, as well as managing event deliverables.
- Support the Head of Marketing with crafting internal and external communications including newsletters, announcements, case studies, award submissions, news articles, website updates, and external e-Shots - including planning, delivery and performance monitoring.
- Collaborate with the Head of Marketing and wider team to deliver effective communication campaigns across channels that deliver high performance and drive brand awareness across divisions.
- Social Media Management including creating and scheduling posts as well as monitoring and reporting on performance and implementing improvements.
- Support the Head of Marketing with creating multi-media content for promotional materials such as brochures/leaflets, adverts, social media, website, graphics and videos.
- Review metrics and create marketing performance reports for KPIs and individual campaigns to monitor and improve performance.
- Obtain feedback from customers across our service and product portfolio.
- Stay up to date with the latest marketing developments, software and trends, supporting Multevo with implementing these where relevant.
- Carry out site visits to capture new images and videos.
- Provide varied marketing support to the Marketing & Growth team based on current priorities.
Experience, Licences and certificates required:
- 2+ years of experience in a Marketing role (deal-breaker)
- Full UK Driving Licence (deal-breaker)
- Experience in a similar industry (desirable)
- A qualification in Marketing (desirable)
- The use of professional equipment for videography and photography (desirable)
- Technical knowledge of search engine optimisation, pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, and website analytics (desirable)
- Experience in using Adobe InDesign or similar (desirable)
- Strong understanding of both traditional and digital marketing channels, and how to create content that drives engagement, including knowledge of latest trends.
- Knowledge and experience in using software and Apps to create reels and other media.
- A confident and creative thinker who isn’t afraid to bring new ideas to life.
- An outgoing individual who enjoys working as a team but has the initiative to work independently on tasks when required.
