We are looking for experienced Supervisors to manage our expanding Machine Lay surfacing operations across Lancashire and the Midlands.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervising gangs and daily operations
- Managing labour, plant, and materials
- Ensuring safety, quality, and programme compliance
- Liaising with clients and reporting progress
Licence/Certifications required
- Proven supervisory experience
- CSCS Supervisor Card (Gold or equivalent)
- SSSTS or SMSTS preferred
Work locations include
- Lancashire
- Midlands (Staffordshire, Derbyshire, Shropshire)
May require occasional travel/working away from home.
