We are looking for experienced Supervisors to manage our expanding Machine Lay surfacing operations across Lancashire and the Midlands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervising gangs and daily operations
  • Managing labour, plant, and materials
  • Ensuring safety, quality, and programme compliance
  • Liaising with clients and reporting progress

Licence/Certifications required

  • Proven supervisory experience
  • CSCS Supervisor Card (Gold or equivalent)
  • SSSTS or SMSTS preferred

Work locations include

  • Lancashire
  • Midlands (Staffordshire, Derbyshire, Shropshire)

May require occasional travel/working away from home.
