Multevo are seeking an organised and experienced Contract Support professional to support our teams and contracts in Shropshire. This role will involve providing effective administrative and operational support to help ensure the successful delivery of highways, civils and associated works programmes. You will be primarily involved in the day-to-day co-ordination of contracts, supporting contract managers, operational teams and clients to ensure works are planned, recorded and delivered efficiently, safely and to the required standards. The successful candidate will be organised, proactive and confident managing multiple priorities in a busy operational environment.
What we are looking for:
- Experience in a contract support, project administration, operations administration or similar role
- Experience working within highways, construction, civils, utilities or a related industry is preferred
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when maintaining records
- Experience supporting contract managers and operational teams
- Ability to coordinate programmes of work, meetings and site activities
- Confident communication skills, with the ability to liaise with clients, colleagues and subcontractors
- Ability to monitor project documentation, timesheets, purchase orders and work records
- Competent using Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
- HGV licence is essential
- Full Driving Licence
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and operational support across allocated contracts
- Assist with the planning, scheduling and co-ordination of works
- Maintain accurate contract, project and compliance records
- Prepare reports, documentation and updates for internal teams and clients
- Monitor timesheets, job sheets, purchase orders and subcontractor information
- Support the tracking of programme progress, costs and outstanding actions
- Arrange meetings and record actions to support contract delivery
- Help ensure works are delivered in line with client requirements, company procedures and health and safety standards
- Assist with resolving day-to-day queries and escalating issues where required
