Multevo are seeking an experienced Civils Supervisor to support our teams in Lancashire. This role will involve overseeing the delivery of the works programme and managing team performance within your allocated contracts. We are looking for candidates who have experience in a similar role, are operationally focused and have excellent knowledge in highways maintenance and health and safety. You will be primarily involved in the successful day-to-day running of our civils operations and will help manage the efficient, productive, and safe co‑ordination of works in line with our principal client’s requirements. You will help drive consistency and quality of our works to meet high standards and best practice.

What we are looking for:

  • Directly Employed basis
  • Full Clean UK driving licence (deal breaker)
  • CSCS (deal breaker)
  • NRSWA Streetworks (deal breaker)
  • SSSTS Card (preferred)
  • NVQ Level 4 construction Highways & Civils Maintenance/Repair (preferred)
  • Positive ‘can‑do’ attitude
  • Experience in a supervisory role (minimum 12 months)
  • Leadership qualities and experience of leading and motivating a team
  • Planning and scheduling skills
  • Able to use your own initiative and manage own workload
