Area Manager - Shropshire

We are looking for an Area Manager to provide leadership and strategic oversight for all highways maintenance and reinstatement operations across our regions. You will be responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and commercially successful delivery of all works, managing Senior Supervisors, supervisors, site teams, and subcontractors to achieve operational, financial, and client performance targets. Key Responsibilities Operational Leadership Lead the delivery of multiple concurrent highways maintenance, reinstatement gangs across the region. Manage and support both Senior Supervisors and Supervisors to ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. Oversee programming, resource planning, and performance monitoring to achieve KPIs and contractual obligations. Drive operational efficiency, innovation, and continuous improvement across all delivery teams.
