Working hours: Monday - Friday (40 hours per week) must be flexible and able to travel to sites across the country.

We’re looking for a Logistics Facilities Manager to lead capital investment projects across our MMID logistics estate (circa £10m budget), ensuring alignment with business goals and operational excellence.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead and deliver capital projects on time, within budget, and to high safety and quality standards.
- Develop and implement planned inspection schedules and maintenance strategies.
- Drive continuous improvement in site maintenance and compliance.
- Manage contractors and service providers through tendering and due diligence.
- Collaborate with Operations and H&S teams to identify and deliver efficiency improvements.
- Champion sustainability and carbon reduction initiatives across the estate.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in a similar role.
- Qualifications: HNC or equivalent in electrical/mechanical/building services.
- Skills: Strong project management, CDM knowledge, contractor management, ROI analysis.
- Desirable: NEBOSH/OSH membership, BIFM affiliation.
- Soft Skills: Influential communicator, detail-oriented, self-motivated, team leader.
