OH Technician Muti Site Based Regular UK Travel Required Competitive Salary We are recruiting for a Occupational Health Technician to join our Müller Milk & Ingredients business. This role includes conducting statutory medical tests and screenings to ensure legal compliance under HSE Regulations. Additionally, supporting health and safety by monitoring local safety measures, adapting to changes in processes, and coordinating health initiatives with the Occupational Health unit. Main Responsibilities: Conduct medical examinations and review health information according to clinically validated and standardized procedures within a planned programme. Record outcomes, provide feedback to individual locations, and support the OH team in all medical testing for legal, policy, and wellbeing activities. Process health questionnaires ready for review by the OHN. Undertake baseline new employee health screening to ensure fit for task. Always be ready to train and educate other members of the business and new starters, so that full engagement in the programme for health surveillance and health assessment is secured. Promote a healthy lifestyle in line with Health and Wellbeing strategies. Undertake administrative processes which support the delivery of Health Surveillance programmes. Play an active role in health promotion activities in the business. Understand & utilise departmental recording systems and assist with the confidentiality and security of all personal files when involved with retrieval or return of files. Understand and work to support delivery of the functional goals of the wider OH&S department. Understand KPI/SLA measures and achieve against BU target. Work flexibly to support the achievement of the business plan – this may include working a pattern which will support across multiple shifts (typically between 6am – 11pm) nationwide. Ensure timely feedback to each location after medical testing. Pro-actively build relationships with key stakeholders on site. Key Requirements: Spirometry experience. Audiometry experience. Vision screening experience. Confident with the measurement of blood pressure, pulse, body mass index. Participate in Health Promotion activities. Support health screening programmes. Confident with Microsoft systems Excel, Word, Outlook and PDF. Data Protection & GDPR compliant. Ability to manage own diary effectively. Coordination and communication skills. Ability to work autonomously. Effective customer service skills.
