We’re looking for an Infrastructure Team Manager to lead our Second Line Support and Infrastructure function in a 24/7 manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can balance operational excellence, strategic thinking, and people leadership—while keeping critical systems running, secure, and future-ready. You’ll own the end-user technology landscape, drive infrastructure strategy, manage budgets and vendors, and lead a high-performing team supporting both IT and OT environments.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and develop a team of infrastructure engineers and support specialists
- Keep infrastructure services available, secure, and scalable across on-prem and cloud
- Drive standardisation, automation, and continuous improvement
- Own end-user technology standards, roadmaps, and asset lifecycle management
- Act as senior escalation point, including out-of-hours support
- Deliver infrastructure projects and transformation initiatives
- Partner closely with plant operations to enable IT/OT convergence
- Own infrastructure budgets, forecasting, and cost optimisation
- Manage vendors and service providers for performance and value
- Provide clear, confident updates to the CTO and senior leadership
What You’ll Bring

- Strong technical grounding across networks, data centres/cloud, workplace tech, and ITSM
- Confidence making decisions under pressure in a 24/7 environment
