This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR technology within a fast-paced, award-winning FMCG business. You’ll work on meaningful projects that improve employee experience, streamline operations, and support strategic change — all while developing valuable skills for your future career.

  • Support Change Initiatives: Help assess current systems and processes, contributing to the successful delivery of transformation projects.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Gather requirements, define future-state architecture, and ensure clear communication across teams.
  • Drive Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance business performance through new technologies and smarter ways of working.
  • Facilitate Learning: Support workshops and training sessions to help teams adopt new systems with confidence.
  • System Administration: Maintain HR systems, ensuring data accuracy, functionality, and timely issue resolution.
  • Access & Security: Manage user access and ensure compliance with data protection policies.
  • Process Automation: Help improve HR processes through automation and continuous improvement.
  • Reporting & Insights: Produce and maintain reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Payroll Systems Support: Configure and maintain payroll systems, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
  • Technical Troubleshooting: Provide support for payroll systems and contribute to audit readiness and process improvements.

  • Driving Licence: A full UK driving licence – held for at least one year - is required.
