Our Supply Chain Graduate Programme is designed to develop the next generation of Supply Chain leaders within Müller. Over the course of the programme, you will play a crucial role in the key areas of our Supply-Chain, through assignments in at least two of the key areas of Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Scheduling, combining carrying out a key role within the team with an improvement/project agenda.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Demand Planning: Take ownership of managing sales forecasts at the account level, aiming to improve service levels and reduce product wastage.
- Supply Planning: Develop capability and knowledge across the supply-chain planning horizon, to contribute to key roles in Supply-chain planning, with identification and delivery of improvement projects, aiming to improve service levels and reduce business costs.
- Scheduling: Develop capability and knowledge of MMI Scheduling, to contribute to key roles in Scheduling, with identification and delivery of improvement projects, aiming to improve service levels and reduce business costs.
- Data Analysis & Identification of Supply chain solutions: Analyse statistical data to generate accurate supply-chain solutions to support delivery of outstanding customer service at the least cost.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal cross-functional colleagues and wider Teams to underpin customer service and operational efficiency.
- External Stakeholder Relationships: Build and nurture relationships with external partners to enhance collaboration between Müller and our customers, improving Supply chain efficiency.
- Collaborative Group Projects: Work alongside other placement students on a group project, enhancing teamwork and problem-solving skills.

What Will You Need?
- A STEM or business-related degree: at 2:1 or above, completed within the last three years.
- Work Experience: Up to 2 years. Supply-Chain curiosity, combined with experience in a supply-chain or customer service environment is beneficial.
- Travel: Flexibility to travel to other Müller sites for the purpose of work or learning activities with expenses covered.
- UK Driver’s License: Must hold a full UK driving license for at least one year.
- UK Residency: Eligibility to work in the UK and not be in any full-time education.
- Curiosity: Curiosity to learn and the ambition to make an impact.
- Stakeholder Engagement: First experiences with engagement of stakeholders and more senior stakeholders within the organizations.
- Communication: Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
- Teamwork: Passionate team player with hands-on mentality.
- Technical Ability: Very good Microsoft Office skills.
- Resilience: Capability and tenacity to deliver.
