Shift Pattern & Hours: Monday to Friday

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven management or supervisory experience in a workshop or similar environment.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead a team, manage multiple priorities, and thrive under pressure.
  • Knowledge of Health & Safety standards and compliance requirements.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Running the workshop efficiently – planning workloads, prioritising tasks, and ensuring smooth operations.
  • Leading and motivating the team – providing guidance, approving holidays, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Driving Health & Safety compliance – promoting a strong safety culture and ensuring standards are met.
  • Managing trailer inspections and MOT processes – guaranteeing quality and compliance.
  • Handling breakdowns and coordinating repairs during garage hours.
  • Managing stock and parts – ordering, raising PO numbers, and keeping KPI sheets up to date.
  • Conducting quality checks on inspections and repairs.
  • Maintaining workshop standards – cleanliness, equipment calibration, and PPE compliance.
  • Overseeing service paperwork and defect logs with precision.
