Are you passionate about developing others and helping teams grow? We are looking for a hands-on Blow Moulding Site Trainer to support the skills, safety and technical development of our Blow Moulding team at Bellshill.
What You'll Do
- Deliver engaging training for new and existing Blow Mould Technicians.
- Coach colleagues on safe working, machine start up/shut down and quality checks.
- Support onboarding and run both on the job and classroom based training.
- Keep training records up to date and feed into our L&D system.
- Work with Shift Managers to spot skill gaps and build clear development plans.
- Help improve training processes and support continuous improvement projects.
What You'll Bring
- Experience delivering training in a manufacturing or technical environment.
- Great communication skills and the ability to coach others effectively.
- Strong organisation and the confidence to work across a fast-paced site.
- Train the Trainer certification (essential).
- IOSH, L&D qualifications or Blow Moulding experience (advantageous).
