We are recruiting at our Bristol Depot ( BS11 0YW) for Warehouse Operatives The purpose of the role is to manually pack milk into trolleys, move trolleys and empty trolleys across the chill, working in a fast paced environment whilst maintaining knowledge of products and processes involved in the day to day delivery of goods.
Contract – Full Time / Permanent Location - Bristol Depot (BS11 0YW) Shifts – 5 days over 7 days – Wednesday – Sunday 6am – 2.30pm Rate of Pay - £13. 17 (plus below premiums) Premium Pay rates: Overtime paid at x1.5 basic rate Saturday paid at x1.25 basic rate, Sunday paid at 1.5 basic rate Additional 23% uplift of base rate for unsociable hours worked between 6PM – 4AM Customary/Public Holidays paid at X2 Warehouse Operative Role Responsibilities Operating chill trolley packers and chill shrinkwrappers.
Loading / unloading inbound and outbound vehicles.
Stock rotation.
Date code checking.
Follow Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instructions, Risk assessments and basic PMS.
