Müller UK & Ireland is seeking a Warehouse Operations Trainer to join the MMID Operations team in Bristol. You will welcome new starters, guide induction journeys, and deliver engaging training across the Chill operation, embedding a positive safety culture and helping colleagues gain confidence.
You will run site inductions, support first 4–6 weeks, maintain training records, update matrices, and deliver refresher training while promoting safe working practices and continuous improvement.
