We’re looking for a proactive Shift Leader to join our Filling department at Müller. In this role, you’ll lead a team to deliver exceptional results while ensuring compliance with food safety standards and driving continuous improvement. You’ll play a key part in achieving our strategic goals through strong leadership and a culture of innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead your shift to meet Safety, Quality, Service, Cost, and People standards.
- Ensure compliance with BRCGS and customer audits.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and champion root cause analysis.
- Manage performance proactively, including Performance Improvement Plans.
- Communicate effectively via cascade briefs and connect sessions.
- Live company behaviours, lead by example, and provide feedback during 1:1s.
- Plan and allocate resources effectively within your team.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in high-volume food manufacturing.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills.
- Knowledge of compliance standards and audit processes.
- Technical understanding of processing and filling equipment.
- Strong awareness of Health & Safety, Food Hygiene, and Environmental standards, with the ability to apply best practices in a manufacturing setting.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

- Relevant technical qualification or equivalent experience.
